Sensei Father began his formal training in 1989 at Okinawa Karate/Kung Fu under Sensei John Izzo. In 1995, Sensei Father was promoted to Instructor as a 2nd Kyu. He is currently a 6th Degree Black Belt.
  Sensei Father has studied American Kenpo extensively, utilizing Ed Parker's system as a basis of study. Sensei Father is always expanding his knowledge of self defense so as to develop a great wealth of information with which to empower his students.
